Excuse me? I do not know who Wenchy is but I do not work, so that makes me disgusting? I think not. I take care of our children & keep the house kept. My husband fortunatley makes enough money and we have chosen it to be this way.
I do not know Wenchys situtation but if her and her s/o can handle one income what business is it of yours?
I normally don't respond much here, more just read, but this post struck a nerve with me.

I think isn't absolutely fabulous for a household when the woman gets to stay home and keep the home fire burning for her man and children! I think there would be a whole lot less stress and striff n this country if more women could afford to do that! I for one am envious!

This country started going down the crapper when a household required two incomes. I have to admit, I do not reply, agree, nor can I sympathise(?) with everything you may empathise with, however, in this case, with the economy as it is, for a person to sit at home all day, do nothing but drink booze - well there is a grievous fault at hand.i heard some old fartz playin that song Free Ride - Jefferson Airplane. Penn - leave it alone. You are a wonderful person in real life. I know that and so do a few others. What Wenchy and Dutch choose to do or not do are choices they can make for themselves and consequences they have to live with, not anyone else.
You really don't have to express every opinion every time you have one.
