Today I ventured out after being inside all day yesterday to just get out of the darned house. I learned to drive in Buffalo, NY in the winters with my grandmother so I feel pretty confident that I have capable skills to get around.

What I do not understand is anyone with a license plate issued above the state of Maryland driving 5 miles per hour on route 5. Should this not be a crime?

It was so bad I was able to take pictures of you and your car as I drove, but really? Pennsylvania tags and 5 miles per hour, you in the Ford Fusion should be ashamed and have your tags switched over to Florida ASAP.

PSA, if you are going to drive that slow on a plowed and completely dry road pull over I am not trying to win any race but damn I can walk faster than you were driving.

Maybe they mistook Route 5 as the speed limit:whistle:

It baffles me completely. Is there some sort of cosmic change that happens to people and their abilities when they cross over the state line into Maryland?:coffee:

There may be some merit to that statement. We were heading back from Hershey in December when that snowstorm came through. 83 was awesome in PA, traffic was constant, those who had issues stayed off the road etc. The closer we got to MD the worse the drivers got, by the time we got to Baltimore it was like a stunt show. Cars flying in the air doing barrel rolls, fireworks, well not really. It just seemed like the closer we got to the border the slower and less controlled other drivers became.

Route 2 was agonizing, 25 MPH in light slush. We were doing 50 with 3" on the road in PA with no problems.
