My Cat Loves Me

And brings me gifts..I wish he didn't damage them in the process...

My new resident for the next few weeks is absolutely adorable. Called hubs on phone and told him about our new resident. He was THRILLED and said, "Make sure it has a cage and a carrot :cartwheel patch and whatever else it needs:sarcasm:. On second thought, how about we cook it on the grill and all we have to spend is money for BBQ sauce:elaine:."
...:eyebrow::lalala:

I doctored the baby bunny with betadine and nothing seems to be broken, just skinned. I didn't see any deep gashes either. After I moved him to the enclosure he jumped around a lot trying to escape. That's a good sign. Now to keep him fed, isolated, and watered until he heals enough to release him.

You know that's a bunny and not a cat right? :eyebrow:

:banghead: I was making a joke.

I suck at jokes. :ohwell:
Aww :huggy:
The inability to see your expression or any expression does tend to make that happen. I'm also high strung right now cause hubs and son are going out of town soon and I'm :cds:

We keep finding baby rabbits that have fallen down the window well. I'm afraid one day, a snake will also be down there and the baby will be toast. We watched in awe when a snake consumed a frog but bunnies are different. :frown: We ended up having to rescue the snake a few days later because he couldn't get himself out with a large meal in his belly.

One of my cats did the same thing recently. We Doctored him/her up, and that little thing was an eating machine. He ate Spinach, Potatoes, Carrots, Apples, and other vegetable peelings. I waited for the skin to heal over before setting it free. Now I think that little bugger is the one tearing up my Veggie Garden!!

Oh, Zara, how adorable and lucky is that bunny! I think I know who you are! Mrs. Jack Hanna! :lol:

lol I'm a bleeding heart for Children and Animals.
One day I will have to tell the tale of the mouse with out a tail.
I thought my husband was going to kill me...this was back when we were just "dating" and he got his first dose of how much of an animal Lover I truly am.

My cat brought me a live cicada this morning. She was very proud of herself after nearly beating it to death...

My dogs pick up turtles all the time in the yard... they think they're fun to play with. Turtle prob. doesn't agree. My female will parade around the yard with them in her mouth and toss them up in the air. I have to try and fight the dogs for the turtle and then whip it in the woods with my grill tongs.

I had a turtle cross my driveway yesterday morning while it was raining. I had to stop the car because I didn’t want to squish it and have its family :mad: at me. It went inside its shell so I had to scoot it into the grass with a stick. I didn’t have any grill tongs. :ohwell:

Some of them sum bitches get BIG and need those post digger things to pick them up and hoist them far enough into the woods to clear the dogs underground fence.
