Ah yes, more tax breaks to Verizon, et. al. (the rest of the crew) for "broadband expansion", as the number of U.S. households without "broadband" has increased substantially under these new rules.

Just another government protection scheme. More wealth robbed from the middle class and transferred to the ruling and political class. Another form of welfare.
