my neighbor downstairs is back to complaining about the dog. She said to me this am that she is sick and tired of the dog (well I told her to get over it as the dog is staying). I have a feeling that when she sees me later she will be nasty toward me but my plan is to just ignore her as much as I can because I don't need to put up with it as it is not my fault she stays up all night and watches tv instead of going to bed like most humans do at night (shes not working and stays home all day and sleeps instead of going to look for a job).

sorry for the vent but I am just tired of her complaining every other day about the dog.

Get the Landlord to give her 30 days notice since she can't seem to get along with all the neighbors.

the landlord just ignores her. I wish he would give them 30days but he can't til they don't pay the rent in full then he can. I have told the landlord several times about her biatching me out about the dog he says she thinks she queen well he says she is wrong and she needs to get over it. She is the one who chooses to stay up all night not me and the dog is going to bark and no i do not plan to debark her like some people have done there pets. I like the fact that she barks and lets me know someone is here or she needs to go potty.

no she doesn't bark all the time. only once in a while during the day. this morning the only reason she barked is there was someone out back working on there boat and she doesn't know the person if she did she wouldn't have made a peep.

the complaint is teh dog barks once in a while and it wakes her from sleeping all day since she doesn't go to bed til 6am.

she never barks at night she barked this am at 830 when i took her out to potty as a guy is outback working on his boat

yes i know citizen but she shouldn't complain about the dog barking when during the day most people are awake and moving around.

You pm'd me and said she had seperation anxiety and barks constantly until you get back home. Here's what you wrote:

Bruno has separation anxiety and if i had to board her she would bark constantly is there anyway to get her less anxious once i leave as all she does is slobber and bark constantly til I get back to her and then she jumps all over me as if she hadn't seen me in years and still barks to tell me shes upset with me leaving her. I cover her crate when I leave now and that heps as it makes it like its night time for her. Glad something is helping with her anxiety. Maybe you should call A/C and find out what the law is about barking dogs. If you tell them your situation, they will be able to say which one of you is right or wrong. Just an idea.
