We had one of those once. I called her "Kip, the amazing wonder dog." That dog could jump really high, catch frisbees, herd children Great dog; however, she also nipped two people, so we had to give her to someone in another County to avoid having her put down. She didn't have ANY intention to harm - one was a jogger she was trying to "round up" into our yard; the other was a kid that broke into our garage to see her and her puppies. Well, naturally she's going to nip. She was protecting the puppies. I was FURIOUS at the S.D. They didn't charge the kid with breaking in, just made us quarantine poor Kip for two weeks.

Enjoy your dog! If I'm in the LT area, I'll come see her. I adore those dogs.

We brought her remains home the other day. She is on the mantle. I really missed her today.

Hey I have my rotties' ashes next to mantle also. It's been 7 yrs and I still tear up when I think of him. Some dogs just leave a huge void in our heart. I love my other dogs dearly but sadly there will never be another one like my Mo.
