My next career should I decide I want one

Highly unlikely, but you never know...

There are a surprising number of wealthy tourists who come here and don't want to feed themselves. They'll go to dinner, but are at a loss other than that because they have someone who feeds them at home. So they will pay someone an impressive amount of money to prepare meals for them - heat and eats for breakfast and lunch, a full home cooked and served meal for dinner.

That luxury is so far outside my personal wish list that I can't relate to it, but even on like Reddit or wherever there are a TON of people who get all angsty when it comes to feeding themselves. They don't want to go to the grocery store, don't want to make food, don't want to clean up afterward. They make it out like it's this big production that takes up hours of their precious time.



Anyway, it would be fun in theory to be a vacationing family's personal chef unless they were entitled douchebag pains in the ass (which is likely). Pretty sure you can't tell those people to eat their food and shut up.

Hey, one year Bob and I went to a Valentine's Day dinner presented by a personal chef from Rehobeth Beach. He came here to do a group meal presentation, and while we ate, he played guitar for us. It was a fabulous night!

The personal chef/guitarist.....was Paul Cullen, who at one time was the lead guitarist for Bad Company.

I know someone whose wife does this for an Indian Family out in Potomac ....

Mind you this is COMMON in Indian even modest middle class families have a cook ... richer families may have a maid and a driver

I know a woman in India, she mentioned the family driver taking her back to the Uni 2 yrs ago.

Also in Africa .... cheap to hire some poor tribal girl to be a maid / cook

Tonights feature will be a selection of ten delicately divided morsels from a fresh boneless chicken breast, exquisitly seasoned then encrusted in a egg wash/panko treatment, sizzled to a golden hue.

It will be accompanied by a delightfully julienned pomme de terre, seasoned with imported himalayan pink salt and accompanied by a savory tomato reduction.

This will be paired with a glass of 2024 Cola from the furthest reaches of Orlando and finished with tarte aux pommes.
