Chain729 said::fixed: But, yes, that's what happened. Did y'all read the article? I believe Rack'm's point was that MySpace is infamous for it's ability to allow predators to find victims.
Wenchy said:The victims put themselves out there. I don't see any fault with MySpace at all. This was an adult who made a poor choice. Children who become "victims" on mySpace have parents who should be shot. JMO.
It's nearly impossible to stop these kind of people from getting a mySpace account.Wenchy said:The victims put themselves out there. I don't see any fault with MySpace at all. This was an adult who made a poor choice. Children who become "victims" on MySpace have parents who should be shot. JMO.

Anybody with common sense knows not to go randomly meet someone you meet on mySpace. If I were to, I'd at least make sure I've got some form of defense.

Okay first of all.....I disagree with MySpace not being at fault. They have made it too easy for the sick and vile to prey upon the innocent. Until I see some changes with their website they will always be to partial blame for whatever tragedies result back to someone "meeting" on that website.
How is this the victims fault? The same thing could've happened to her if she met this guy on match.com or eharmony.....and if im not mistakin I thought the majority was okayyyy with that in the other forum.
