i can understand they want them to use the proper legal procedures...but this is for a good cause, I dont see why they would want to be so difficult with it.....

I cant believe anyone with kids would knowingly let your kids continue to use this site.

:yeahthat: I told my 12 year old to never bothering asking, cause she wasn't going on there. When I found out my 14 year old sister (yes - 14 - we are 21 years apart in age) set up a profile for her on Myspace, there was a rather large battle between me and the sis, and it was deleted. It's been about a year since that, and my 12 year old told me the other day, she doesn't even think about it. She could care less.

Because she talks to me and other family members. She's not out surfing the net - she hardly knows how to navigate the site. Every time she wants to do something she asks me for help.

Because if they don't follow the proper legal procedures, they open themselves up for lawsuits.

If she doesnt know what shes doing, why does she need an account. Sorry, just think 10 is way tooooooo young. Kids are growing up too quick these days.
