That happened a couple weeks ago where a piece of ice smashed through a house roof in Ridley, PA, which is a few miles from Phila Airport. According to the news article they thought it fell from a plane - "the ice, a combination of human waste and liquid disinfectant, is the material that drips from a leakage on an aircraft’s septic system. At high altitudes, it stays frozen to the aircraft but as the plane reaches lower altitudes, warmer temperatures cause it to fall away from the tank." Supposedly, it comes "from a leakage on an older aircraft as planes are prohibited from discharging over populated areas."
