BTW, an officer in one of my forums said that his wife was so upset and said this is a direct result of new medication given to him for depression. He will most likely have his case dropped prior to court. 
But for years I have been posting about how much I worry about people who take these sorts of drugs for depression. You just never know what the outcome is going to be. I guess for him, he is really happy.
