Naw. It's @Gilligan fer sure in his early days of marine watercraft experimentation which made him the now go to guy for those needing such services. It was also during a period in his life where he couldn't afford to get haircuts. And that Michigan hat he's wearing? Picked that out of a lost-n-found box at the local pop bottle refund store. How he could afford what looks to be a brand new beach chair though, that's a toughie.
