It had been postulated that she would announce after the elections. And she did. I wonder if she is going to remain in (cleaned up) DC or heading back to (feces inundated) San Fran. I wish she would take Steny with her.

How many people feel the need to announce to the nation, in a post with music and references to faith, that they aren't running again for an office they SHOULD HAVE VACATED a decade ago?
I mean, it has the feel to me, of people on forums and newsgroups who make a big visible announcement they're leaving - rather than simply not appear anymore.
Try to imagine - actually, it's not hard - a person who when they leave a party or a restaurant, feels the need to make a speech about leaving.
