nap time

so, munchkin is home from daycare again today (very mild fever yesterday, seems fine today) I put her down for a nap about 45 minutes ago and she is still in her room talking to herself. I don't want to mess up her normal schedule but how long do I leave her in there? (naptime at daycare normally runs from @1 to 3)

I'd leave her there until 3.

My daughter has daycare at her home. Her rule is that the kids have to "rest" from 12:30 to 3...whether they are asleep or not.

that's kind of what I figured. i'm dying to know just what the heck she's doing in there though! she has a habit of talking to herself at naptime/bedtime but we can never figure out what the heck she's saying

I did internships at preschools... a lot of kids do that its kind of cute. I guess it winds them down. They eventually fall asleep.

Mine did that yesterday, than got really mad at me when i walked in and said you need to go to sleep very nicely to her, she criend for about 3 seconds and fell asleep lol
