So the lander, like all Starship variants, is about 165 feet tall. Cargo/Crew section will be in the neighborhood of 20x16 feet usable volume. To get to the surface, they will use the elevator seen here riding a track down the side of the rocket. The airlock alone will be larger than the old lander modules.
