Definitely a kook. Mystery report from a tiny foreign country in English and she was the only one on the internet who saw it and downloaded it. It's not on Google, so she must have been perusing the Slovak Republic's health website the instant they uploaded it. Uses made up terms like DARPA Gel. Okay, even if DARPA created a special top secret gel, why would they tell the
Slovak Republic they made it (I.E. why do these guys believe DARPA made it).
That's ignoring the antenna in the brain thing. There are companies out there putting LITERAL ANTENNAS in animals (and people's) brains and they aren't able to communicate anything, even under the best of controlled circumstances they can sometimes control a computer mouse (up/down/left/right). But these self-assembling nano-antennas allow for complete zombification and transmittal of advanced instructions?
Also, about small antennas. The smaller the antenna the smaller the electrical waveform it can pick up. The minimum size is generally regarded as 1/4 the wavelength. The smallest wavelengths for electromagnetic waves that are considered usable for communications is around 1mm (some of your phones may have MM wave radios). MM radios don't work more than a couple of meters apart. So the largest wavelength a 1nm antenna could pick-up would be 4nm, which puts you near the gamma-ray territory.
As far as I am aware, there are no current ways to use gamma rays as communications. Even if they were possible it would have a maximum range of a couple of hundred feet. And to produce a ray capable of travelling even a few inches requires a very high energy equipment for artom smashing (cyclotrons, particle accelerators, or nuclear fission devices).
But maybe these self-assembling crystalline nano-antennas actually work together like a telescope-array. Still the same problem, the array could allow for greater resolution of a signal if more than one element can faintly receive it, but won't magically allow it to collect a signal the individual elements are too small to receive. Maybe the nano-antennas actually form end-to-end to make larger antenna? They would also need to form other structures to collect electrical energy from the ionic exchange of your neurons then some computational device to send the signals back to the overloards.
Nevermind. I think I could figure out how to make this work if you give me a couple weeks.
