Happy New Year to all the SOMD Nascar forum members. In case your not counting like I am, its 31 days to Joey Logano winning the Daytona 500- 130 days to Logano winning the CoCa Cola 600- 162 days to Logano winning the Brickyard 400 and 276 days till Championship weekend at Homstead where I dethone the reigning "Champion" Dipstick AKA "The Greatest Ever" :killingme:killingme:killingme

Seriously , 2011 should be great. Dipstick led 2010 from Daytona to Homestead ALL 36 Races ! :cheers:, Wildcat97 came in late and finished strong ! OldHillCreast Guy , Clevalley , Huntr1 had strong showings every Sunday and I ate a lot of crow from Dipstick :killingme. 2011 should be exiting I can't wait :yahoo:

Big changes coming to the suck ass Chase, sounds like NASCAR's going to destroy the sport even more.

I like where NASCAR is prohibiting VETERAN Cup drivers from winning the Nationwide Title ! It gives the younger drivers more of chance to prove themselves. It also gives the Cup drivers the WIN or "Take Out" :yahoo:attitude on the white flag lap because points don't matter.

I'm mixed about it, sounds like Carl, Kez and company are still running the entire season.

Carl, Menard and Keselowski might as well check "Nationwide" in that box because its the only series they're going to win championships in.

Right on the heels of this announcement, Turner Motorsports announced it was putting Mark Martin in car #32 which ousts another non-Cup drivers.
