Hello again.
I am still calculating the Vegas scores as a result of an infraction on the Carl Edwards machine in postrace qualifying. If NASCAR penalizes Carl Edwards 50 or more points and believes the oil can incident was deliberate, that win will be void in the fantasy challenge. Just an explanation on that, so I'll have point standings up later.

I'm trying not to jinx him. Haven't you noticed most of my online fantasy picks have either ended up in the SAFER barrier, blowing a motor, having a big pit road mistake or otherwise don't do well?

I just couldn't bring myself up to picking Skurt, Jeffie and Vickers.

That's why I am opting not to choose junyer. I think 3 of the 5 I picked last week hit the wall.

Junyer finished 2nd at Vegas.

2nd place just the first loser.

IMO, Junyer won that race. Carl Edwards had an illegal advantage on the race track. They need to start stripping wins from drivers like they used to.

Mikey DID pick Carl Edwards to win the race, amd I have mulled over the decision and decided that I will award him the first 25 point bonus of the year.

Carl was penalized, the infraction was an advantage but it was not enough of an advantage to sway the outcome of the race. I'm not going to penalize Mikey for Carl's postrace inspection failure.
