ESPN2 right now. This race was a thriller last year.
Who's watching?

People will check back later, like you did.Did you notice that you are the only one posting in this thread before I did? People are talking.
Get open wheel drivers out of NASCAR.
I just don't like open wheel racing. :shrug:Thought you might be done with these types of comments Andy. Four of the top six finishers including the winner have substantial open wheel experience.
Although Jacques is washed up now, he has quite the winning record, including an Indy 500 win and championship, and a F1 championship.

IRL's been reduced to irrelevant in American motorsports.
NASCAR's here to stay for a very long time.
But many of the drivers are very good. I am not much of a fan of the IRL either, but there is no denying some of the talent in it.
Open wheel racing is here to stay too. Look how far back the history of it goes. I agree that it is not a favorite in the US for now, but it will make a comeback, when they learn how to market it.
To add a side note about another series, this F1 season is among the best I have ever seen. Very close battles, and has been a very unpredictable. You should give it another go. The Hungarian GP is on right now.
I'll offer them advice on marketing....Open wheel racing is here to stay too. Look how far back the history of it goes. I agree that it is not a favorite in the US for now, but it will make a comeback, when they learn how to market it.

Have many more races at nascar tracks. The cars are stupid fast and quite frankly, road courses are boring. I want to see speed. The RIR open wheel race is really catching on and I even considered going down. I'll probably go to the next race.
They also need to find a way to allow them to "race" vs. stay away from each other. Airplanes are super fast too but they can't get near each other and I have no desire to watch an airplane race. I don't know the answer but when cars can't touch, bump and rub, you end up with a fest regardless of speeds.
The cars aren't as fast anymore ever since IRL took over. Edmonton was like 30 mph slower than last year.I'll offer them advice on marketing....

Bored... My yahoo fantasy league I had Edwards to win & Stewart. I rocked. Why have you stopped picking drivers in the Sprint Cup..
This is why I treat you like the dumbass you are. Slow cars going in circles. 200 mph is slow. Not all racing fans enjoy watching slow cars go in circles either. Road racing courses are the most exciting types of races in my and many other race fans opinions. The only time I will watch a NASCAR race is when they are on a road course such as Watkins Glen.
