NASCAR steps on its pecker again

Tony Stewart doesn't like pit road enforcement procedures where teams don't have to tighten all five lugnuts, promises he will deliver the worst rant of his life if someone gets hurt because a wheel falls off a car during a race.

NASCAR fines Tony $35,000.

Other drivers step up and announce they will pay his fine for him.

NASCAR says they might change the rules after outcry from teams and drivers.

In other words, we're going to fine the man (Tony Stewart) for saying we should change lugnut rules then we're going to change the rules because he's right. :roflmao:

This is the worst run organization in history.

So NASCAR changed the rule, but said the fine against Tony still stands.

This is the worst run organization in history.

Pro sports orgs in general are pathetic and just another sign of the apocalypse. Why are you men (and women) tolerating that crap? If you'd spend one measly season boycotting their asses and not buying their product, I guarantee you they'd straighten out and stop with the girlie bull####.

You'd be a lot happier person if you moved out of Nothing Carolina and quit watching NASCAR......until then you just need to quit your bitchin'......
NASCAR is not that friggin' important to get all that worked up over.

While stupid this is nothing compared to all the commercials, endless cautions, constant sponsor mention etc.

I use to be a big fan but lost interest due to the constant cautions, artificial drama creation with bs like lucky dog, etc. It just isn't fun to watch any more. I should have quit watching after Davey Allison and Alan Kulwicki were killed but kept hanging on. Haven't watched at all for several years now.
