As I was driving through Prince Frederick today, near Ruby Tuesday, a sudden THUMP echoed in my car. What could it be??? a random pedestrian???, no,...someone hurling a CHICKFELLA lunch at me??? No, as I looked out the rear windshield, I could not make out what it was....When I stopped and looked closer, it was the remains of some wild animal that was previously assuming the roadkill status...Swirling above me was a flock of buzzards about 50 feet off the ground...Apparently one was flying with a mouthful....ewwww. splat...anyway the clerks at the 7-11 nearby have the problem now in a trash can...

Gotta be careful back there, the buzzard gang has their club house at the sanitation pond behind Ruby Tuesday.

It was near PF last Tuesday that I saw a big herd of buzzards in a couple trees along 4, all staring hungrily at a small piece of road kill on the shoulder that was just a wee bit too close to the traffic lane...presented a real challenge for recovery. I could almost hear them discussing snatch tactics...LOL.

Group: "Hey..where's Carl?...Carl will go fetch that...then we can eat Carl too.."
