Virginia = weak Bush @ 54% - Kerry 45.3% (13EV)
Illinois = strong Kerry @ 54.7% - Bush 44.7% (21EV)
Florida = weak Bush @ 52.1 - Kerry 47.1% (27EV)

I don't understand how they determined strong vs weak when the percentages are almost the same between VA and IL.

What I find more interesting is the demographics chart. Most demographics are between 40-60% splits, but blacks, jews, and atheists have much wider splits all favoring Kerry.
