If you bought the any of the products at either of our stores that are on the recall, please bring them in. We do have some replacement bags that are not on the recall.

Please do NOT bring in bags that you bought elsewhere.

The giant and I went to the new Tractor Supply and they carry the pups' dog food (Wellness) and it was priced at more than $10 than what we get from you.

All their chewies, including the bully braids, were made in China or Paraguay. All their treats (cookies) were made in China or Paraguay.

I know I and many others don't purchase food items for the dogs made in China due to all the recalls and deaths due to Chinese products and the toxic chemicals they use.

I just wanted to let you know that you have no competition from the new box store.

Yep I read your newsletter, I thought the link didn't work because their server was being bombarded. I just went to another site and got the lot numbers. This sucks if you empty the bags into a container and throw away the bags, unless you keep the proof of purchase for the rewards program.

The link worked when I sent a test email to myself before launching...have had that issue before w/ Constant Contact- Grrrr

We had a LOT of bags in both stores including bags we just got in on Tuesday. 21 years of Natura w/o a recall- it is unfortunate this is happening to them. And, yeah, it is unfortunate it is happening to us!

My main concern, though, is getting word out and making sure it is not affecting the animals that are being fed these foods!

Not a bad track record..... and at least they are not denying it....

and it could happen to any maker.....
