I honest to God can't think of a single time that man stepped up to the plate and distinguished himself. I do think SOME appointments, the recipient regards it as a political position where they just delegate and pat themselves on the back for showing up to Cabinet meetings --

IF the President bothers to HAVE them.

I mean, think of it - from supply chain disasters at our ports, train crashes, collapsing bridges, washed out roads - this man hasn't even bothered to do the minimum of show his face and walk around.

Not being just good, but excellent at one's job is a prerequisite for Trump. He can be good at his job, just as long as he's wearing those leather chaps while on his own time off-duty. However, his public, and in-public in the performance of his duties, persona should never give a hint as to his sexual proclivities.
