It's been a while ago but we were able to walk into St. John's Pharmacy in Hollywood and walk out with one. Give them a call.

Go through your Doctor if the above doesn't work. That way, there will be no money out of your pocket because the insurance would cover it.

I tried there but they don't take insurance to cover it. Since he's out on disability now, can't do the out-of-pocket thing.

A couple of years ago a friend had to get one. It was around $150
