If you have never gone through the process before it can be a daunting task. OC rentals are done through Real Estate companies. Each owner lists their condo with the Real Estate Company of their choice. Then that listing is searchable by date through that Real Estate Company only. So here is a hugh list of most of the Real Estate companies. We have used Coldlwell Banker for years.
