Hello, I am looking for a yoga class. I would prefer one that begins soon, and ongoing group, one that I can sign up for fast, etc. I just need to do it ASAP.

I would prefer a location close to Waldorf, MD. Does anyone know any around the area?

Thank you. Well I just called, and the teacher has a full schedule until the end of the year.
Unfortunately for me, the classes she has available are smack on a day I have to work.

You might want to check with your local hospital or community centers.

Also, Journeys has meditation and yoga classes. they are in La Plata.
