Need Help Asap

This stupid HDDScan program has taken over my computer. I suspect it is a virus. I am unable to search in Explorer how to uninstall it because it redirects my searches. It won't let me launch FireFox at all.

This Biatch is smart.

Anyone know how to get it of it?
