For some time now, I've been attempting to locate an old friend that I departed from over 15 years ago. I feel like it's about time that I owe up to my apology. I know a rough whereabouts of the person but have had no luck contacting them. I'd like to find a webpage that maybe offers free help in locating someone but I've had no luck. Any idea's?
