Need Help w/ Wireless IP Webcam Please!

I just bought this webcam and I was finally able to get it set up so I can view it on my computer and I can log into my ISP in my browser to see it as well.

I really want to be able to broadcast live streaming video like on ustream or livestream, but they do not recognize wireless IP cams. I've tried downloading WebCamXP but can't get it to show on there, and I've also tried VH Multi Cam Studio (or something) like in a youtube tutorial but it's not working on that either.

Does anyone know how I can get Ustream to recognize my camera? Thanks so much!!

I am so very blessed
When you get to the streaming video page on the porn site click on the help link..

They should be able to talk you through it.

Have you tried calling the manufacturer's customer support?

No I haven't yet. I'm having a hard time just getting the darn camera to communicate with my router. I just bought a cable to move the router upstairs and hopefully get better signal. I just need to get it working at this point. If moving the router doesn't work I'm just going to return it. I'm tired of fussing with it.

Have you tried going into the router and making sure that it is accepting the camera?
Depending on the software and the hardware you can turn things off and on, set times that are allowed for access etc...
and just for the heck of it, turn off passwords into the router for a second and see if it gets through like that. Might be that the camera is not able to get past the password.

Too late now. I boxed it up last night and plan on mailing it back this afternoon. :ohwell: I fought with it for a week and finally had enough.

If you loose your mind and decide to try it again, call your provider and get the password into the router. You can do what needs to be done from your computer that way.

Thanks. I did read some last night about changing the port number or something, so I tried that and it still didn't work.

I'm calling my ISP right now just to see if it's a simple fix before I mail it back...

Well our ISP just said they don't block anything, but he said it could be our router. I dont' understand what it means...ports and all that. The camera works on our computer, but it should also work if I use a different computer and put the IP/web address in the address bar. Do the port settings affect that?

Its what Ive been saying.
You can get into your router through your browser. Logon requires password that your ISP can provide for you.

once in, you can allow or not allow certain connections. If the router is blocking the camera, you can un block it this way.

I control all of the stuff in my house through my router. things like IPODs, etc.. are only allowed access during certain hours, all of the computers are listed, anything not listed is no allowed.
I have the number of connections limited to the number of things that might try to log on from the house.

All done by logging into my router from my browser window

So the router is preventing the camera to be visible to outside computers or browsers... Ok. Well, have you ever heard of VH Multi Camera Studio? I was trying to use it and I couldnt' add my IP cam. Do you think that's caused by the router issue too?

could be, if the router is blocking the cam, and all of the puters plus cam are wireless, then yes, the puter cannot see the cam since everything mates through the router.
