Negotiable closing costs on a refi?

Are any of the costs negotiable? We are refinancing with the same bank. any help would be appreciated.

anything is negotiable, whether the bank will negotiate is also negotiable based on what you're trying to negotiate and if they want your business.

when I refi years ago it cost me a penny.

you can do it. just be confident. the issue you have is that it is with the same bank so they already have your business. you have the option of going to another bank so let them know that. tell them up front you don't want to pay any of the other costs and then go from there. if they have the best rate around and u will be saving a lot more in the long run you may just have to pay some of the costs. be confident!
