I was wondering if anyone was familiar with Greenview Court. It is in Great Mills right next to Greenview Knolls Elem. I'm going to look at a townhouse in that neighborhood and was curious whether or not it is in a good neighborhood?? I would appreciate any info u have! TIA

A guy I work with use to live back there. He never had any problems and a cop lived next door to him. He is currently renting the town house b/c he moved to Wildwood.

its not bad.... the townhouses are a little older. I looked at one a few years ago with a buddy of mine. It was pretty run down.

My wife and I just sold our townhouse in St Geroges Hundred a few months ago. (just right down the street from where your looking) Those are much nicer. Never had a problem in the 4 years we were there

I was told that St. Georges Hundred was a bad neighborhood. I have rode back there one time and it looked pretty quiet. Thanks for the info, i might have to check it out.

Instead of taking the car...maybe you could just take my kite...it might be easier for you to view the whole neighborhood and surrounding areas...heeh

I didn't call you stupid, I said your comment was stupid. But maybe you are stupid if you think I called you stupid. :huggy: Maybe I could find a toddler book for you to read on that subject so you can better understand when someone calls you stupid.

depends on what Bad means....

We got along with our neighbors the entire time we were there.
Nothing was ever stolen from our front yard or back.
I even kept a boat in my parking space and never had one issue. Course it wasnt an eye sore either.
On nice cool days, we were able to leave windows open and not be home. (I think the dogs might have helped with that)
HOA was resonable....
Lots of kids, young and old.....
Never had a problem with the teenagers.
Now being in a townhome you got to deal with the occasional party being noisy or someone coming home at 2am with a loud car or stereo.

Only bad thing about that place is parking sucks....... you get 2 spots per house, and good luck if you envite people over.
