So this happened this afternoon. I was watching and an email came in that my password was changed. I decided to finish the program I was watching and log out and back in. No bueno - literally. In those few minutes, I received other emails, one stating it happened in Venezuela. A few minutes later, those emails all poofed! Weird.
So I tried to go to the reset and I received another email all in Spanish. Nope, not clicking any of those links. I decided to call the number and the tech was wonderful and walked me through all the steps to recover my account. He also told me that the hacker had also upgraded to the premo account. I didn't know there was. He processed a refund for that.
Overall, the customer service rep was awesome.
