Guess who can't remember where he put the security key for his netgear router? There's a url for netgear; need that and procedure for reseting the network key. Do I need to uninstall the wireless and reinstall it?

BOP not sure which model you have but most wireless routers have a recessed reset switch on the back of them, noormally unplug the router, press in on the switch, plug back in, wait 60 - 90 seconds router will come back up in default mode with no security. Log back in to the router and set up the security you want and set the computers up to match...
Baja: there was a suggestion on the link you provided that said that "admin" and "password" to log in with was the default setting. I said, "what the heck," and it worked. Good to go. Thanks!
See, this is a big failing of most when setting up a wireless router. Everyone is so concerned about making sure that the wireless is encrypted, but don't bother to change the default username / password. It's not hard to get the out-facing IP address and gain more access to the local net than if the wireless were open, and you don't even have to be in wireless range.
