Nevada State Sup. Ct. Allows Civil Asset Forfeiture Suits to Proceed Against State Cops

Steve explains how, even though you got your stolen property (in this case, by the Po-Po) back, you are not made whole. The Nevada Supreme Court ruling clears the way for the plaintiff to be compensated.

I know how I'd like to see him compensated, but that's one of those things you can't say out loud in mixed company. Let's just say that it involves a cage match between the cops in question, and a whole lot of "bubbas" who happen to hate cops.

Every time I think about the people imprisoned in DC jail for entering the Capitol I get pissed off. These people were arrested and are being held without bail. They locked their bank accounts so they could not hire lawyers and their wives and kids were left without access to funds they needed. In my opinion the criminals are not in jail the criminals are the politicians who keep them there.
Democrats like Pelosi who planned the insurrection and allowed this to happen and republicans who sit on their asses and do nothing to help these people.
