New AF1 - Will Trump Fly Them?

As a former AF1 flying crew chief for 10yrs, IF it makes a first flight in 2026, it still needs to go through flight testing and crew training which will suck up another year or two or more. Problems are design/tech changes, Boeing quality control and manning issues, new administration changes, and on and on. The new hanger to accommodate the sheer size of the VC-25B's is built and already occupied by the current VC-25A's .

Another question is whether they'll get the new awesome Trump-designed paint scheme.
I highly doubt it, design/engineering plans were changed back to the current scheme. It would delay delivery even more as well.

Sad.

The redesign looked far better than the 1960s scheme. The colors were a close match to the flag.
