If you want to include a link to a book that you're discussing in a thread, it is now easy to do via the amazon BBCode.
Just insert the ASIN code from amazon.com between [ amazon ] BBCode. The ASIN, or sometimes now called ISBN-10 is located in the product details part of the page.
Example:

Note: somd.com will earn a few nickels or dimes if someone actually buys the product listed.
