But really - how and why did this happen on the pond in St Mary’s City? I thought wetlands were sacred hallowed grounds that could not be disturbed under any circumstances...
Like the boathouse, you only need the flimsiest excuse when you are a gov organization to blow through any pesky rules, It's only us penons that have to follow the rules. I'll swing down there and see what the sign says was the excuse.........
