New Bird

A new subspecies of Mew Gull (Larus Canus) has been found in the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center. The gull is known only to inhabit the waters and shore areas of Chesapeake Bay. Therefore, the U.S. Ornithological Society has decided to name the new subspecies:





The Bay Gull.
