This could make for another wreckfest race. Atlanta's racing surface is rough and bumpy and the drivers have no real experience with this setup. Lower HP, more downforce and more drag likely will bunch the pack up ala restrictor plate racing.

Well so much for that theory. The package was designed by NASCAR to make more interesting racing by keeping the lower funded teams a little more competitive. What will they do now? A decent race but looking at the stands, poorly attended. But then historically early spring races aren't the biggest draws.
