Wow, I've been to almost every one of those lighthouses. Had a summer hobby of how many lighthouses I could see on the east coast. What a blast. Amazing how the storms can be.

Neat site and pictures. I think, though, that there is quite a bit of difference between waves breaking over the top and spray from the wave making it higher than the top.

I watched breakers crash right over the top of Whaleback Lighthouse, which is 50 feet tall
