sup yall? my name is Tom and i'm new (again) to SOMD. I'm 23 and i live in the ranch club. i was stationed at Pax River back in 03-05 but now im back as a civilian. how is everyone?

incidentally: WTF is up with this "power points / karma?"

I had an Evo, but I just totaled the damn thing in October.....some idiot pulled out in front of me. Now I'm just waiting for the new Evo to come out before I decide what I want to buy. check out...... www.somdracing.com

SOMD racing....see heres the thing. i want NO part in any "organized" street-ricer organization. and honestly, my guess is that that is what it is. seen it too many times. you are stationed at pax i assume? as far as what car to get next? 2005 WRX STi...need i say more?

edit: i sit corrected...im registering now. we shall see how long it takes them to piss me off. :D

Actually.....I did my time.....and I'm out now.....I live in the Ranch Club also, I used to have the blue Evo.......I don't know if you ever saw it. Actually, there are some people with some fast cars in the club, that go to the track pretty regularly.....but if thats not your thing, then thats cool. As far as the STI goes......no way in hell....lol........you have to spend way to much money to make them fast. I only had about 2500 into my Evo, and I was running 11's.......the IX's are even easier to get into 11's.

i live in the ranch club as well, though i have never seen your ride (my loss). as far as track time, thats definitely cool, though i have major issues with Budds Creek, so if i really feel froggy i go up to Capitol. to get an STi into high elevens really isnt that hard man...easier than you think. Evos are definitely quicker out of the box, cant argue that. i just much prefer Subys. i got out of the Corps back in June, so im IRR now.
