So, trying to square away my brothers inability to get an ID because he was born in Argentia Newfoundland. Call the State Department to get a status check on the request. Funny that an illegal can get a MD Id with nothing but a face, but my brother cant unless we get State to produce his report of foreign birth.

Anyway, I call, get the first boss, who says I need to talk to the next level. He puts me on hold, and after about minute of aggressively cheerful music, I get "All agents are busy, press 1 to leave a message or 2 to stay on the line."

Norma enough....... until I get the same message 30 seconds later, then every 30 seconds after that..... Thats some next level evil stuff right there
