What do they have????

I didn't have a lot of time, but they had samples, which I always appreciate. A customer was having his adorable pooch try on a thunder-shirt. They carry a variety of pet foods, pet toys, and provide customer service with a smile!

I understand, but it will be competition on pet supplies.

I doubt it. People who are familiar with that pet story either go, or they don't. Those who don't will probably check out the new place. Those that do, don't care, and will probably continue to use the dumpy place.

he doesnt carry much.. so this will be good for those around the area.

I will stick to Peppers for my food. I know Peppers cant get in the canadian treats my dogs like..so I may hit them up for some of those treats.

corner critters deal more with fish, reptiles and small fuzzy critters than anything else.

yes it has a smell when you go in there but im gonna say it has something to do with how warm he has to keep it and how high the humidity has to be for the critters in the back.

dont think it will hurt him that much

The smell didn't matter as much as the content. I dont have fish, reptiles or small fuzzy critters so I was never impressed with what they carried for non-fish, repitiles or small fuzzy critters.

Anyone know if the new place has Bird Foods? I have Parrots, and they don't like the Wal-Mart Brand of food. Corner Critters food is way too expensive, and I've had problems with Bugs in it.

thats my point.... he has a small amt of stuff for pets.... so the new store is geared more towards pet supplies and food

the guy at CC is very nice and has ordered several things for me.

I used him when i had hermit crabs.... he always had what i needed for them :yay:

The link in this thread allows you to see a sales flyer which gives a good idea as to what the store carries.

I'll have to check them out. I've never heard of that place before. The Man that owns CC is married to a Vet too. She practices in St Mary's County.
