My puppy will now sit still enough for me to take his picture. He's getting big quick, but he's still really cute. The only problem we are still having is the chewing. He has destroyed my kitchen chairs. I've tried the no chew sprays but that doesnt stop him. Any idea's????

ground red pepper mixed with water and spraying on the chairs. make sure he has lots of water available to him if you do this.

Bulldogs are great! Very Intelligent, Just remember a lot of people expect them to be lazy dogs. Mine has more energy than any dog I've ever seen and he's almost a year old now. Also be ready for lots of snoring (much louder than any person I've ever heard) and some drool. If you have any questions before getting one let me know (I'm not expert but I do have a little experience with the breed).

Oh, I'm hooked on Boxers. We have one and we are looking into getting another one. Biscuit is a drooling fool. All you have to do is say "cake" and his salivary glands go into action.

Try replacing the bad thing he's chewing with a good thing when you catch him, and also don't let the little dude around stuff unsupervised. Keep it tethered to you or crated when you can't be watching. They're just like kids, learning about the world with their mouths.
Also, a Kong ball with frozen peanut butter inside can keep them entertained for hours.

Those are some good ideas. I have a retro set of table and chairs with the metal legs and upholstered seats. He's only eating the seats. He has a lot of toys to chew but gets bored with them quick. I may try the peanut butter ball he would probably love that.

X-GF got a pug at Christmas. I thought her snoring was bad till she got that dog. Frigging stereo snoring, but that's no longer a problem. :lmao:
