New shoes!!!

Strat is in for tires, oil and routine maintenance. Haven't been on it in a few weeks and the ride to the shop yesterday was an exercise in #### eating grins getting the last bit of wear out of the old rubber. I was all geared up and arrived soaked in sweat. Simply awesome, Zen ride.

God, what a pure joy throwing that thing around the curves and hills up here and turning loose 1900 cc's of fury and bad intent!!!! No wonder I only get 3,500 miles out of a set.

Never!!! I done seen a guy blow up his tire doing that and the LAST thing this 'ol boy wants to do while out and about is walk.

Of course, I coulda done it at the shop. I'm sure they'd have loved that!!!

They have a gorgeous '12 wing in blue. I'm starting to feel the Dark Side sucking me in...

They also had a '12 Victory Vision. I have no idea how they sell any of them.

There is one I see down here on occasion. I think if I had to ride one it would be at night on back roads only.
