New Thai Restaurant in Prince Frederick!

A new Thai restaurant called EZ Thai Restaurant just opened last Saturday in Prince Frederick. I just tried it out for lunch today and it was excellent! :yahoo: It's located in the shopping center where Mom's In The Kitchen used to be, next to Sakura and Green Turtle. I had one of the lunch specials called Pad Kra Proa (with chicken). It was stir fried with fresh chili, garlic, onions, bell peppers, carrots and basil leaves. It was great!

Their menu says they have a web site at Coming Soon - Future home of something quite cool but it looks like it's not up yet. Give the place a try and tell me how it was. I'll be trying something different each time I go.

The address they list comes up as a McDonald's in Google.

:eyebrow:

Yeah, I see that. It also shows it being north of where it really is. It's located in the shopping center at the SE corner of 231 & Rt 4. It's at the right end of the shopping center. I think McDonalds used to be there. Anyways, give it a try!

We went to Jasper's instead. It was in the same parking lot we were already in.

Has anyone been?? I came online here looking for some reviews - really want to go but am a little worried as I don't know of anyone that's tried it! Maybe I'll have to be the first...

Thanks for the update...I am going to try on Friday for an end of the week treat :) I read the Calvert Recorder restaurant review and it was very positive as well!

:boo::boo::boo: I would eat at Thai Inter before this place. I had the Pad Thai & found it greasy and sweet tasting ... perhaps too much tamarind?

Not sure ... but didn't enjoy at all.

Thank goodness I'll be visiting Fredericksburg next week where I'll be visiting my favorite Thai place - Bangkok Cafe.
