Does anyone believe Charles County could've done a better job in this endeavor? Why in the world couldn't they have added a right turn lane in the west bound lane? I see all that land to the right and wonder if they could've used some of that to have created a lane to ease the back up now created. Not sure if that is private land or if the county could have bought it or used it. Anyway, I appreciate the increased safety for those vehicles turning east onto Hwy 488. Any thoughts?

I am still wondering why there isn't a right turn lane at Baptist Church Rd so we can turn into BJ's.

I think the new traffic light would have been better suited for the intersection of Washington Ave. and Heritage Green Pkwy

Thinks it’s bad now, wait till school starts. Wonder who’s bright idea it was to install a stoplight there.

You ain't seen nothing yet. When they start cutting in the road for the back entrance on 488 to the cluster f*** they are building on St Charles Pkwy it's gonna be a sh*t derecho!

Ouch, Ya got me. LOL Yes I do mean St. Andrews Church --funny mixing up the two.
And I really do not see why they didn't put a right turn lane there. Some try to sneak by anyway.
I do it myself occasionally.

You mean on Rosewick Road? They have other Clusters on the St Charles PKWY too. Going to be great! Not. I understand growth but this is getting ridiculous. We have some of the highest property taxes but the infrastructure suffers from all of this expansion. Just my humble opinion. Oh, forgot about there being a new road built soon to HWY 488 from all those houses and townhomes. I'm not sure why as I thought that area was considered The DORF?

Well, saw surveyors at the junction of HWY 488 and Radio Station Road this morning. They've made a big mess. The eastbound lines back up to Kings Grant entrance due to the new light. WTH were they thinking?

I wonder who owns this land here? Looks like it would be perfect for a right turn lane.
