Ah, they wont fire him but he will be the new OIC (Officer-in-Charge) of the Pass and Decal office at Pearl Harbor until his retirement date.

Send him to PAX as the pass and decal officer. Maybe he can make the process of getting a pass easier without all that BS..............but I doubt it.

The ship I was on while in the Navy ran aground three days after a new captain came onboard. No one was injured though, so we were stuck with him for three years. It did get us a three week stay in the netherlands while repairs were done though.
