New Vision Trash Update:

I did not want to add onto the long, long list of New Vision Posts on other thread so started new one.
This is the latest info that I have found.Our trash has not been picked up for two weeks like many others. I have paid in advance (stupid me) for service that we have not received. I too have gone the phone call, fax and email route with no success. I got the owners home number, surprise, phone has been disconnected. I have already contacted a new company for service.I know that I could take New Vision company to small claims, but I suspect that this companies assets are long gone and even tho I know we would win, chances of seeing one penny are slim to none. This company has not only screwed the people in Maryland, the same thing is happening in Virginia to their customers. Don't have to warn any new potential customers because they could not get in touch with them anyway. I will file a complaint with Md States Attorney's office just for record purposes. BBB has no impact with anyone so will not bother with that.

Thanks for the update, the rotten SOB's got us too! Should have NEVER changed from AA Reliable! Lesson learned.

They were actually in our neighborhood last Tuesday (6/15) morning @ 8:45 for the Monday pickup. Of course, my trash was back in the garage since they didn't come by on Monday. Our pickup is now scheduled for Monday, as they told the neighbors when they picked up on Saturday (6/5) after the Monday (5/31) holiday when they didn't pick up. I caught them 6/5 as I saw the truck rolling down the hill going into the neighborhood and I got to the curb before they came back. Now this Monday, 6/21, they didn't pick up, nor did they yesterday. Today, who knows? But I'm taking it to the curb every weekday now until we can get Goode to take over.

i have a question... I looked the so called"CEO" of the company up on the MJCS and found someone with that name and was wondering if it is the same person cause if so they really shouldnt be running a company if they had tax problems in the past lol

New vision is a joke. Are yo people so stupid that you are still holding onto false hopes that they will pick up your trash after weeks on missed pickps?

I quit Newvision about a 2 months and ago when I started to notice problems and just ate the 60-80 I had in pre payments.

I never got a bill. :yahoo:.....lol! I still have their trash can and i dont know what to do with it, maybe i will use it to hold wood for my grill.

New Vision is horrible

They finally picked up the trash yesterday AFTER I had signed up with a new company. I'm sure we will not get our money back for the next 2 months. But that's a loss we're willing to take to switch to a better company. We switched to Refuse Rescues. Same low price as New Vision.
